Scope of This Policy

This refund policy applies exclusively to Iron Brand startup fast-track packages (Launch, Brand, and System) purchased at iron-brand.com/startup.

It does not apply to bespoke client engagements, retainers, hosting services, or any other Iron Brand service. Those engagements are governed by their respective Statement of Work or project agreement.

If you are a bespoke client with a billing or payment query, please contact us directly at team@iron-brand.com.

Our Guarantee

Every startup package comes with a 100% money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your delivered brand, you will receive a full refund — no questions asked.

We want you to feel completely confident purchasing. If the work isn't right for you, we'd rather refund you than leave you with something you can't use.

Eligibility

You are entitled to a full refund if:

• You are not satisfied with the final delivered brand for any reason
• You request a refund within 14 days of receiving your final files

How to Request a Refund

Email team@iron-brand.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and your order details. You do not need to provide a reason, though feedback is always welcome and helps us improve.

Processing

Refunds are processed via the original payment method through Paddle, our payment processor. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer.

Important Notes

• No partial refunds. Refunds are issued in full or not at all.
• Iron Brand reserves the right to cancel any startup package order and issue a full refund at its sole discretion, at any point in the process, without requiring a reason.
• Once a refund is issued, all rights to the delivered files revert to Iron Brand. You must delete any files received and cease use of any delivered brand assets.
